These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kamino, a personal finance and expense tracking application, and the website at kaminoperpsclub.com, operated by Kamino Club ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Kamino, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Kamino is software that helps you track expenses, organize spending, and review budget overviews. Kamino is a personal organization tool — it is not a bank, lender, credit repair service, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.

2. Subscription and Billing

Access to Kamino requires a paid subscription. There is no free tier.

Monthly plan: $10 USD per month, billed monthly
Annual plan: $100 USD per year, billed annually

All prices are listed in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan you select unless cancelled.

3. Payment Processing

Payment and subscription management are handled through the Lander Telegram bot (@sol_lander_bot). By subscribing, you also agree to any terms applicable to that third-party payment service. We do not process payments directly on this website.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the Lander Telegram bot. Cancellation stops future billing but does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or stated by the payment provider. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Kamino for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without permission
Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the service

6. No Financial Advice or Guarantees

Kamino provides tools to help you organize and view your financial data. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, savings amount, or improvement in your financial situation. Any decisions you make based on information in the app are your own responsibility.

7. Account and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

Kamino, its branding, and all related content are owned by Kamino Club. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes while your subscription is active.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kamino is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamino Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of Kamino. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your subscription lapses. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription via the Telegram bot.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Kamino Club operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
